Important Notice
This is to inform all valued investors that with immediate effect, the Company will only accept customer documents submitted through courier service (preferred) or by hand delivery.
Please note that documents submitted for verification or refund purposes via WhatsApp or email will not be entertained under any circumstances.
This decision has been implemented to ensure that the concerned department (CPU) receives all required customer documents collectively in one sealed envelope, rather than in portions through WhatsApp or email, which causes delays and incomplete record handling.
For the convenience and clarity of our respected investors, please ensure that the following documents are included in a single sealed envelope:
Required Documents:
a. Clear copy of complete MOU documents.
b. Clear copies of CNIC (front and back) of the investor(s).
c. Clear copies of CNIC (front and back) of the Next of Kin (NOK).
d. Clear copy of deposit slip / transaction receipt.
e. Clear copy of post-dated cheque received from the Company.
f. Copy of any other supporting documents that may assist in verification.
Incomplete submissions or documents sent through unauthorized channels will not be processed.
