Assistant Manager Sales – ISMMART Group of Industries

ISMMART Group of Industries is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager Sales to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills with the ability to achieve sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Manage client meetings, site visits, and deal closures effectively.
  • Supervise and guide the sales team while monitoring performance and KPIs.
  • Represent the company at property expos, sales events, and business meetings.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and provide market insights to management.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve assigned targets.
